It brings many benefits on a physical, energetic and psychological level. In Hinduism, it is one of the founding principles of reality. It forms the whole of the visible and non-visible worlds. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">These three fundamentals of Yin Yoga are:<br><\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u2022 <strong>Respecting one&#8217;s limits<\/strong>, once the limit has been found,<br>\u2022 <strong>Remaining motionless<\/strong>, let the body open up<br>\u2022 <strong>Staying in the posture for a long time<\/strong>.
