Small socks must be worn in the Studio.

For expectant mothers, a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of Pilates and yoga is required for each quarter.

All classes must be paid for and booked in advance by cheque, cash or credit card online.

Courses can be cancelled at any time, but no later than 24 hours before. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the course without notifying us, the session is lost and can be made up on another day of the week depending on available places.

Cards are personal and non-transferable, non-refundable in whole or in part and non-extendable.

Slots are open to a minimum of 3 students and 4 with a guest instructor.
We reserve the right to cancel our sessions due to lack of numbers or justified absence (illness or accident).

Membership cards are personal and nominative. No postponement of the validity date will be possible. Our financial year does not allow us to postpone subscription dates.

Lessons are held all year round without interruption. We take 6 weeks holidays and the schedule is reduced during the school holidays. We ask our students to join the previous or following week’s lessons.
