RATES & PRICES
Our Pilates classes are a high quality personal service, with individual attention and in very small groups.
Our rates correspond to our skills and knowledge of more than 25 years of professional experience, work and investigation.
Private/duo lessons are available by appointment from 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday, with Thursday and Saturday afternoons off.
All reservations or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Friendly and professional, the Pilates and/or Yoga instructor will come to your premises. During your lunch break, these training sessions will do you a lot of good. Our sports coaches are qualified and receive regular training. They can help you start and progress, or simply supervise your training programme.
This practice of corporate training allows a real reduction in the stress level of your employees. Do you think it fits in with the dynamics of your company? That it can help you manage your staff?

Our facilities
A 70 m2 room that can accommodate up to 12 people. It is located in the Catalan district, an ideal place for lessons, workshops or meetings.

Annual subscription:
25 € (mandatory) to be paid at the beginning of your subscription to access the booking software.
Any package purchased is due and non-refundable.
We do not take responsibility for lessons not taken.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance.
To book your lesson or subscribe, nothing could be easier:
Click on the course of your choice on the schedule,
in Schedules & bookings and it’s done!
You can also cancel a course there.
Don’t forget to do this 24 hours before the course starts.
This will allow us to share the session with another student.
If not, you will be charged.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Small socks must be worn in the Studio.
For expectant mothers, a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of Pilates and yoga is required for each quarter.
All classes must be paid for and booked in advance by cheque, cash or credit card online.
Courses can be cancelled at any time, but no later than 24 hours before. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the course without notifying us, the session is lost and can be made up on another day of the week depending on available places.
Cards are personal and non-transferable, non-refundable in whole or in part and non-extendable.
Slots are open to a minimum of 3 students and 4 with a guest instructor.
We reserve the right to cancel our sessions due to lack of numbers or justified absence (illness or accident).
Membership cards are personal and nominative. No postponement of the validity date will be possible. Our financial year does not allow us to postpone subscription dates.
Lessons are held all year round without interruption. We take 6 weeks holidays and the schedule is reduced during the school holidays. We ask our students to join the previous or following week’s lessons.
We reserve the right of admission.
